After intensive development work, VEEDOL presents two new, biodegradable high-performance hydraulic fluids of the TERRASTAR series:

• VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268

• VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268+

Both products meet the highest technical and ecological requirements – officially confirmed by the EU Ecolabel – and are now available in IBC, 208L, 60L and 20L container sizes. The TERRASTAR series is based on the latest findings in lubricant technology. The specially developed hydraulic oils combine maximum performance reserves with ecological responsibility – a symbiosis demanded by modern users in sensitive applications such as construction, forestry, municipal technology, offshore, agriculture and maritime operations.

VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268 – The All-Rounder for Ecological Hydraulic Systems

VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268 is a zinc-free, readily biodegradable multi-grade hydraulic oil (OECD 301 D >60%) based on synthetic esters. It is characterised by excellent ageing and shear stability, ensuring long service life and high operational reliability under varying ambient temperatures. With a high viscosity index and optimum lubrication film stability over a wide temperature range, VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268 is ideally suited for year-round use in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems – especially in environmentally sensitive areas. Compliance with the standards DIN 51524-2 (HLP), DIN 51524-3 (HVLP) and ISO 15380 (HEES), as well as classification as ISO VG 46 (32–68), underlines its high technical performance.

VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268+ impresses with its significantly extended service life, outstanding lubricating film stability even under high loads, and excellent temperature performance. This not only supports maximum efficiency in operation, but also significantly reduces maintenance and oil change intervals.

In addition to the EU Ecolabel, VEEDOL TERRASTAR 3268+ meets all the requirements of leading OEMs, including BOSCH REXROTH, CATERPILLAR (CAT BF-1 / BF-2), FENDT, PALFINGER, PONSSE and KOMATSU FOREST.
